Jeremiah Amos

Associate Attorney, Jeremiah Amos

Jeremiah D. Amos focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning and administration. He drafts trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives. He also guides clients through the probate process.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2008 and his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. Throughout his career, Jeremiah has practiced in the areas of estate planning, family law, civil litigation, and corporate compliance.

Jeremiah’s dedication to helping clients with their estate planning needs began during his time as a family law attorney. It was then that he found a passion for assisting clients through the sometimes complicated matters surrounding estate planning; educating clients about the options available to them became his priority. After seeing first-hand the ways in which a well-organized estate can benefit individuals and their families—often in their most difficult times—Jeremiah made the decision to follow that passion and devote his career to providing clarity and peace of mind for his clients.

Born and raised in Roswell, Georgia, Jeremiah has spent the better part of his adult life in North Fulton. He is a member of the North Fulton Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, the Stonewall Bar Association, and the Fiduciary and Elder Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He enjoys running and being outdoors in his free time. He lives in Johns Creek with his canine companion, Piper, and his cat, Beauregard.
