Estate Planning Attorney Laura Herrin

Laura Herrin is an estate planning attorney with the Estate Planning Law Group of Georgia. She has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1997. Laura began her career as an Assistant District Attorney and specialized in the prosecution of crimes against children. She has a passion for using her skills and expertise to help others.

Laura now strictly specializes in estate planning with a strong belief that she can use her talents to have a positive impact on the lives of her clients. Having experienced the importance of estate planning in her own family, Laura is driven to help other families be prepared and feel confident in their plans. Laura’s grandmother and all her grandmother’s 8 adult siblings suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease. This opened her eyes to the importance of estate planning not only for death, but also for times of mental incompetency. Being a mother, Laura recognizes the importance of estate planning for young families as well. Parents need to have a written plan in place so that decisions involving their children are made by them, and not by the government and a judge.

Laura’s goal is to provide clients with peace of mind that their family and things for which they have spent their life working will be taken care of as they choose.
